Customer Payment methods

In the customer payment methods overview all payment methods of all your customers are displayed in a list. The list can be filtered and the display of the list (which columns you want to have displayed) can be adjusted as you see fit.

Access to the Payment Methods Interface

In the navigation bar, click on Customers → Payment Methods.


Table columns of the Payment Methods List

In this table we listed all columns available in the interface.

Id

unique ID of the payment method

Offline agreement handle

handle of the offline payment method configured in Configurations → Payment methods

Referennce

Optional reference provided when creating the payment method. For payment methods created with Frisbii Checkout the reference will correspond to the session id for the Checkout session that created the payment method.

State

active, inactive, failed, pending, deleted

Payment type

e.g. Apple Pay, Paypal, Card, SEPA Direct Debit, etc.

Card number

credit card number

Expiry date

date when the card expires

Customer

customer handle

Added date

creation date of the payment method

Failed date

in case of failed payment, the date shows when it failed


Filter the list and manage columns

You can adjust the view of the list by adding or hiding relevant/irrelevant columns as you see fit:

  1. Click on the icon.

  2. Add or hide certain columns by using the slider.

You can add filters you need regularly.

  1. Click on the icon.

  2. Add or remove certain filters by using the slider.

  3. Click into the filter to either type into or select from the drop-down list.


View payment method details

  1. Click on the customer’s payment method in the list.

  2. A window opens in which all the relevant payment method’s information are displayed, such as acquirer details, authentication, card information, etc.
