# Danish Payment Card Dankort

The Danish national payment cards is called [Dankort](https://www.dankort.dk/en/privat/).

Most Dankort are cobranded cards, and these are called VISA/Dankort.

Dankort without co-branding can only be used in Denmark, but the co-branded VISA/Dankort can be used abroad. There is more than 5.000.000 issued Dankort and around 94% of the Dankort is cobranded with VISA.

The first four digits (which are both marked and printed) tell what kind of Dankort you are accepting (5019 for Dankort and 4571 for VISA/Dankort)

Below you will find the NETS pricing for Signup, Annual fee and Transaction fee for Dankort. The prices came into force on February 1 2018.
