Overview
If you're leaving Frisbii Pay for another payment gateway, Frisbii can securely export your stored card data to your new payment service provider (PSP). This keeps your subscriptions and recurring charges running without asking your customers to re-enter their card details. As a PCI Level 1 certified provider, Frisbii transfers this data directly and securely to your new PSP's environment — it is never sent to you by email or through your own systems.
Limitations
Only PCI Level 1 certified companies may receive raw card data. Confirm your new PSP holds this certification before requesting the export.
Frisbii cannot send the export file to your own systems or by email. The transfer happens directly between Frisbii and your new PSP's secure environment.
Note
The export can include both raw card data (pan) and tokenized fields (tid, token_exp_month_year). Which fields your new PSP needs depends on how they store and process card data. Check with their technical team before the transfer starts.
