# PPRO Reports

PPRO is a digital payments infrastructure provider that aggregates and processes a wide range of local and alternative payment methods worldwide. Through Frisbii Payments, merchants can use PPRO to access multiple payment options under a single agreement, simplifying international payment management.

### Understanding third-party agreements with PPRO

When using PPRO, Frisbii facilitates access to PPRO's infrastructure, but the acquiring relationship is established through a **third-party contract**. This means that while PPRO processes your alternative payment methods, the agreement itself is between your business and PPRO as an external provider.

### Accessing PPRO reports in Frisbii

PPRO generates and provides reports that are automatically delivered into your Frisbii Payments account. These reports contain detailed financial data for payments processed through PPRO.

To access them:

1. In the sidebar, go to **Revenue Insights → Reports → Scroll to PPRO Reports**.
2. You will see a list of available reports ready for download.

### Available report types

Frisbii provides access to the following **PPRO-generated reports**:

- **Settlement report:** Overview of funds settled to your account.
- **Refund report:** Details of refunds issued through PPRO.
- **Chargeback report:** Information on chargebacks and reversals.
- **Transaction fee report:** Breakdown of processing fees per transaction.
- **Refund fee report:** Fees associated with refund processing.

> **Note:** PPRO reports are generated by PPRO itself and automatically made available within your Frisbii Payments account.

### Downloading a PPRO report

To download any report:

1. Locate the report in the **PPRO Reports** section.
2. Click the **Download** icon next to the desired file.
3. The report will be saved as a **.CSV** file to your computer.

You can download reports for each type, such as:

- **Settlement reports**

These files contain transaction-level data that can be imported into your financial systems or used for reconciliation and analysis.

### Get notified via webhooks

You can subscribe to webhook events ([Configurations → Integration and tools → Webhooks](/frisbii/docs/webhooks)) to receive real-time notifications about invoice dispute activity related to PPRO payments. The following events are available:

- `invoice_dispute_opened` Triggered when a new dispute is opened on an invoice.
- `invoice_dispute_resolved` Triggered when a dispute is resolved.
- `invoice_dispute_waiting_for_response` Triggered when a dispute is awaiting a response from the merchant.
- `invoice_dispute_under_review` Triggered when a dispute is currently under review.
