# June Release - 23.06.25

🚀Here’s what’s new and improved in Frisbii Billing and Pay this week. These changes were released based on updates completed during the week of **June 16–20**, and packaged for publication on Monday, June 23rd**.**

## 🔧 Enhancements

### 🔁**Billing**

#### ✅ Customer Portal settings relocation

**Product:** Billing – Starter, Growth, Enterprise **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** The Customer Portal configuration has been moved to a new location: **Sidebar → Customers → Customer Portal**. This centralizes all customer-facing settings, including email one-time password (OTP) verification and customer uniqueness checks, with more settings related to customer records coming soon to further improve usability and functionality.

**Why it matters:** Improves usability for merchants by grouping all customer-related configurations in one place, making it easier for merchants to manage customer interactions and validations without navigating across unrelated sections of the platform.

#### ✅ Custom pricing for Usage-Based Billing (UBB) products

**Product:** Billing – Growth, Enterprise **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** UBB products can now support custom pricing structures, allowing a single product to be reused across different subscriptions with unique revenue share models.

**Why it matters:** Simplifies catalog management and avoids the need to duplicate products for each variation.

#### ✅ E-Invoice differentiation

**Product:** Billing – Growth **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** Invoices are now marked by File Type - PDF or PDF+XML - to distinguish between regular and electronic invoices (E-invoices).

**Why it matters:** Helps merchants clearly identify invoice types and comply with E-invoicing regulations.

#### ✅ Plan line item control for zero pricing

**Product:** Billing – Growth, Enterprise **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** When a subscription plan has a price set to zero, merchants can now choose whether that line item appears on the invoice.

**Why it matters:** Adds flexibility to how invoices are structured and displayed, based on pricing logic.

#### ✅ Product description on invoices and credit notes

**Product:** Billing – Growth, Enterprise **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** Product descriptions are now included on both invoice and credit note PDFs.

**Why it matters:** Improves transparency for customers and assists in reconciliation and support processes.

#### ✅ Customer-facing interfaces are now compliant with the European Accessibility Act (EAA)

**Product:** Billing/Pay **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** All customer-facing areas of the Frisbii platform — including subscriptions, billing, and payments — have been updated to meet **WCAG 2.1 AA** standards in line with the EAA, ahead of the June 28, 2025 deadline.

**Why it matters:** The EAA requires digital services to be accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. These standards promote inclusivity and help you stay compliant with EU regulations.

**Reminder for customizations:** While Frisbii’s default platform is compliant, any **customizations you apply** (e.g. styling, workflows, or embedded elements) are your responsibility to review for accessibility. We recommend consulting your legal or accessibility advisor to ensure full compliance.

#### ✅ Rebranded e-commerce modules

**Product:** Pay/Billing **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** Updated Shopify, Prestashop Pay and Billing, Opencart, Drupal and Virtuemart plugins with Frisbii branding.

**Why it matters:** Ensures brand consistency across all e-commerce merchant touchpoints.

#### ✅ Reepay domain rebranding

**Product:** Pay **Platform:** API

**What’s changed:** API now supports both `api.reepay.com` and `api.frisbii.com`.

#### 🐛 Extended decimal precision for tax rates

**Product:** Billing – Starter, Growth, Enterprise. **Platform:** App

**What’s changed:** Tax rates in the **Tax Policy** can now be defined with up to **five decimal places**, giving merchants greater control over rate precision.

**Why it matters:** This enhancement supports markets where fractional VAT or GST rates are used, ensuring more accurate tax calculations and compliance with local tax regulations.
