This functionality is essential when customers need to make changes to their subscriptions that should take effect at a future date rather than immediately. Future changes to subscriptions can be planned in advance so that these planned actions are triggered automatically on the relevant day. This simplifies the process of setting up and implementing scheduled changes to subscriptions. At the moment the following actions can be scheduled: - Add an Add-On - Remove an Add-On - Pause & Reactivate Subscription - Expire Subscription ![Options to schedule subscription actions including adding, removing, or expiring add-ons.](https://cdn.document360.io/b84e1b5d-2ba6-4465-8c62-fb45a2f31314/Images/Documentation/image-1755696776492.png) In menu item **Subscriptions**, open the subscription the action is to be scheduled for and click on **Actions** → **Schedule Actions** in the top right. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/b84e1b5d-2ba6-4465-8c62-fb45a2f31314/Images/Documentation/image-4P2XG5R8.png) > [!WARNING] > More actions available on API > > Some more actions can be scheduled via our API: [Create Action via API](https://docs.frisbii.com/reference/createaction) --- ## Scheduled Actions Overview Scheduled actions that have been scheduled at subscription level are displayed in Frisbii Admin via **Integrations and tools → Actions** for monitoring purposes only.
