Update the credit card of a customer

From the Frisbii Pay Admin you can manually add a new payment method to update the credit card.

  1. In the navigation on your left, click on Customers Customers.

  2. Select the customer.

  3. The Customer Detail page will appear, scroll down to Payment Methods.

  4. In the top right corner of the Payment Methods box, click on Add payment method.

  5. Select the currency for which the payment method should work. Either your account currency or any currency you choose from.

  6. Click on Add payment method.

  7. Select either online or offline payment method type.

  8. Click on Confirm. The payment window opens and you can insert the customer’s payment method data.
