# Change orders

Following the explanation of the subscription fields and the subscription line item, Linda continues her presentation for Axel and Candace by explaining the change order fields, the item we will be discussing when renewing subscriptions.

## Definition of the change order

## PDF Template for the Change order

In order to set up a PDF template for the change order, please:

1. Add the change order template field to the page layout of the Corporate Name object.
2. Add the **Create PDF** button to the page layout of the change order object.
