Mustermann SAS, a family-owned Alsatian company that develops geolocation applications to help rangers manage their forests. They are so successful that they have decided to use Salesforce to manage regional forest offices. The Frisbii application allows them to invoice for their multiple services.

Benefits of the Frisbii support community
Greta Mustermann is the Salesforce and Frisbii administrator. On her last call, the Frisbii Customer Success representative suggested to her that she logged into her Frisbii Support & Documentation space for her to:
Open support cases trough a form that guarantees the completeness of the information and avoids unnecessary round-trips
Access support cases, sorted according to their progress, and follow them easily
Communicate the contact information of her company and inform Frisbii of any change.
Convinced with these arguments, Greta would like to use this for her communication with Frisbii.

Log into the community
Shortly after this call, Greta received her credentials for the Frisbii community by e-mail. She follows the below steps:

Click on the link as indicated in the e-mail.

Setup your password.

Then, you're automatically logged in to your Frisbii community !
