How do I find other values from fields with optional lookup filters?
Question:
From a lookup field managed by Frisbii, you cannot find the desired records.
Answer:
On some of our lookup fields, there is a lookup filter.
Find below Salesforce's explanation:
"For fields with optional lookup filters (Salesforce Classic only), values that match the lookup filter criteria appear in the lookup dialog. To remove the filter and view all search results for the lookup field, users can select Show all results in the lookup dialog. Also, optional lookup filters let users save values that don't match the lookup filter criteria without Salesforce displaying any error message. In addition, the lookup filters allow users to save values that do not match the search filter criteria and Salesforce does not display an error message if a user attempts to save such values."

You will find this information by going to Set up (1) > Object Manager (2) > Object in question (in this case the Opportunity object) (3) > Fields & Relationships (4) > Field in question (in this case Accounting data) (5).

To bypass the filter, you can follow this procedure:
Switch to Salesforce Classic and click on the +.
Select the object (here Opportunity).

Click on the search icon next to the field in question.
Search for the correct record.
Validate the search by clinking on Go!.
Click on Show all results.
Select the right record in the list.

I have new action confirmation pages since the new update, can I delete them?
Question:
You have new confirmation pages, for example when you generate an invoice from an opportunity.
Answer:
The confirmation page allows you to check your action before validating. This avoids careless mistakes or unfortunate clicks. The extra page does make you click more when you are confident or in a hurry, but it is necessary to avoid possible problems.
