Cloud Kicks' team
| Jose Figueroa - Sales director José is the creative head of Cloudkicks. He is convinced that his amazing ideas will revolutionize the way people think about sneakers. | |
| Candace Evans - Salesperson She is surely the best Sales person of Cloud Kicks. Candace is very curious, and likes to dive into the technical side of Salesforce. She often discusses with Linda to better understand the applications she uses. | |
| Linda Rosenberg - Salesforce Administrator Since the beginning of Cloud Kicks, Linda maintains Salesforce; she loves discovering new features and putting in place solutions to make her colleagues even more effective and happy. | |
| Vijay Lahiri - Developper He often works with Linda when she needs specific developments or to answer her 1001 questions that are (yet) beyond her abilities. | |
| Mary Evans - Accountant Mary is a member of the accounting team at Cloud Kicks. When Linda and Candace need knowledge about billing or laws, Mary is happy to help. | |
| Axel Martel - Sales Assistant His team is delighted to be able to invoice with Frisbii! Linda explains to him how to proceed, and he passes on this information to his colleagues. |
José's new (brilliant) idea
After their latest success with Green Kicks - a line of sneakers made from natural materials, produced locally and even gluten-free - José decides to push customer loyalty to an even more advanced level. He proposes to send a new model of sneakers at the beginning of each new quarter to the key users of the Cloud Kicks community by setting up subscriptions. To convince the board, he makes a first attempt of sending some samples to the biggest fans: what a success! José would like to implement this subscription setup and asks Linda, the Salesforce administrator, to find a technical solution to integrate this idea into Salesforce.
They need a tool that can manage subscriptions and billing at the same time. Since they prefer - of course - to stay in the Salesforce ecosystem, Linda starts searching in AppExchange.
