Linda has just watched the webinar about the new Frisbii version. She can not wait to meet the Finance Team to tell them that there is a new payment method: Frisbii Pay One-Shot. She holds a quick meeting with them to discuss further details..png?sv=2022-11-02&spr=https&st=2026-04-04T18%3A16%3A07Z&se=2026-04-04T18%3A28%3A07Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=b%2BPyQAJDjUl7MD3XPOg3%2BjwK9DD9cDaJBMCXT5dp2mI%3D)
For some time now, Cloud Kicks has wanted to give their customers the ability to pay their invoices online via a payment link on the invoice PDF, automatically tracking the status of payments (pending or paid) in their Salesforce environment.
Let's follow Linda's presentation for her Finance team.
What is Frisbii Pay
Frisbii Pay, formerly known as Reepay, has its origins in Copenhagen, Denmark. Reepay was launched in 2015 to meet the needs of companies with subscription-based business models, but also for companies looking for an online payment solution.
What is integrated into Frisbii
Thanks to the connection between Frisbii and Frisbii Pay, you can offer your customers the option of clicking on a payment link in the PDF of their invoices or in the invoice email.
A payment page will open:

Choose the Frisbii Pay One-Shot payment method to offer your customers the option of paying by credit card.

Choose the Frisbii Pay One-Shot payment method to offer your customers the option of a one-time bank transfer.
For the SEPA payment method to work correctly, it is essential to enter an e-mail address for the billing contact / your end customer.
Here is the order of the fields that are taken into account to obtain this address:
The e-mail address of the person specified as the contact person in the invoice object.
If this field is empty: The e-mail address entered for the invoice contact in the accounting data object (linked to the invoice).
If this field is also empty: Email of the billing contact for the account (linked to the invoice).
If this field is also empty: Email from the new invoicing email field available on the account (linked to the invoice).
If the fields are empty, no email will be sent.
Note: SEPA corresponds to a one-time SEPA transfer: the end customer pays only once by entering their IBAN. This differs from SEPA direct debits, where the IBAN is entered to debit amounts from. This function is called up when you select the recurring payment method Frisbii Pay > Prepare a subscription that is to be debited.
Select the Frisbii Pay One-Shot payment method to offer your customers the option of paying via Paypal.
Please note! You can display a maximum of 3 different payment methods on your online payment page. The configuration of the payment methods can be found in the Frisbii Pay-Documentation.
The colleagues from the Finance Team thought the presentation was good, but they prefer written instructions. Linda agrees and creates a detailed step-by-step guide.
