She wants to show them the new Quotation interface in her sandbox, to discuss and find out if they'd like to use it in production and train the team, or if they'd prefer to keep the old page layout.
Buttons
Linda shows that only part of the buttons are displayed on her quotation recording.

It is only when she passes her bid to won (Step = Won) that all the buttons are displayed:

They make a note of it and check with the team to see if it's suitable for daily work.
Tab: Details
In this section, all fields are displayed unconditionally.

Tab: Presentation
These fields concern the display of the PDF of the quotation.

Tab: Amounts, Discounts & Special terms
In this section, the Discount reason field appears only if the Discount rate field is filled in.

Tab: Billing
Once you have billed your quotation, the billing plan is updated. You'll find more information in this article: Quotation - Invoicing plan.

Tab: Related objects
Here you'll find the links between your quotation and an opportunity, and whether the quotation has been created or linked to an opportunity following its creation.
The same applies to accounting data, product configuration and product catalog.

If you wish to create a subscription from your Quotation, you can fill in the fields in the Subscription section.
