SLinda has almost finished setting up the corporate name. She still needs to set up the PDF templates for quotations and invoices.
She agreed with José to review the existing templates. From now on, invoices and quotations will be generated in Frisbii, so it's an opportunity to give them a little makeover!
Apply a PDF template proposed by Frisbii
In order to save time, she suggests that José take a look at the templates offered by Frisbii, ready to be used. By default, three models are available (six from version Spring '21).
Steps
2. Click on the record you would like to open.
3. Click on the Invoice Template button.

4. Now select the template you want to set up. We will find out in a following article how to customize it.

5. Click on the Back button to return to your Corporate Name.
6. Repeat these same steps for the quotation template, by clicking on the Quotation Template button.

We have set up two Frisbii templates. Let's now look at how to customize them.
Note: It is possible to set up an invoice and quotation template by corporate name. But it is also possible to set up a specific invoice template at the invoice or quotation level, directly on the record. If you need to, you can even set up processes to select a specific template based on defined conditions.
Manage PDF templates in Frisbii
After the last setup, Linda sees the templates set up in the Default Templates section on the Cloud Kicks corporate name.Steps:
2. In the Default Templates section, click on the Invoice Template link.

4. In another tab of your browser, go to Setup and type Pages in the quick find search.
5. Click on Visualforce Pages.
5. Click on the letter M, since all the labels of the templates offered by Frisbii start with Modèle (so french)...

6. We now know how to set up the package templates.
In the next article of this module, we will see how we can customize this/these template(s).
