Use cases
Here are the cases in which it is useful to implement the Frisbii Quotations.
Delivery note
The delivery note allows Cloud Kicks to prepare the products to be delivered and to certify that they have been received by the recipient. The Quotation object will therefore allow them to edit this delivery note.
Call for tenders
An opportunity can be linked to several quotations, each of which can manage a different lot in a tender.
No sales management in Sales Cloud
If you are not using Sales Cloud, you do not have access to the Opportunity object. Quotations allow you to quote and start the invoicing process.
No Product in Sales Cloud
If you have no use for a product catalogue because your products are all specific, you may not be using the Product object in Sales Cloud. In this case, you can use Quotations and create Quotations line items directly.
Relationship of the Quotation object with other Frisbii objects
To have a 360° view of your records, you can find your quotation on the related lists of:
Corporate names > the quotations linked to this corporate name
Account > the quotations linked to this account
Opportunity > the quotations linked to this opportunity
Invoice > the quotations linked to this invoice
Note: the Quotation section is not always displayed on the related lists of your objects, please remember to add it in the page layout.
