# Use cases & Implementation

Following Cloud Kicks' success in the manufacture and marketing of custom-made sports shoes, the company's statistics highlight the success of certain models. The company decided to industrialize this line and offer them for sale on an e-commerce site.

Vijay, the developer of Cloud Kicks, was asked to set up an e-commerce site with online payment. It begins with a benchmark of payment-enabled e-commerce platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify and Experience Cloud... As a result of his research, Vijay opted for a Word Press site, with a WooCommerce plugin and the Frisbii Pay payment solution, associated with Frisbii.

His second task is to transfer **the online order from the e-commerce site to Salesforce, for invoicing from Frisbii.**

## A brief presentation of the Frisbii e-commerce solution

The proposed solution enables automatic synchronization of transactions carried out from an e-commerce site and your invoicing process in Frisbii. This feature is aimed at all companies **offering "one-shot" goods or services on an e-commerce site, outside the subscription system.** *An evolution is planned to integrate the subscription system in a future version.*

This feature is available from version **4.24 of Frisbii,** and requires the subscription of a Frisbii Pay account for online payment of transactions from the e-commerce site. You'll need to connect the Frisbii Pay payment solution to your e-commerce site. Frisbii Pay modules are available for e-commerce sites such as WordPress...

This **automated integration solution between your e-commerce platform and Frisbii** enables paid invoices to be transferred directly into the CRM without any manual intervention.

Frisbii offers:

- **Payment solution** embedded in your e-commerce site, via Frisbii Pay
- **Process automation**, with automated creation of an Acknowledged Invoice in Frisbii after each online purchase
- **Centralization of data**, providing a complete, unified view of the purchasing process and transactions
- **Reactivity and reporting**: by integrating all sales and billing information from online orders into Frisbii, you can generate real-time reports on sales performance, payment status and cash flow.

This solution improves the efficiency of financial processes, while providing a consolidated view and optimal tracking of payments in real time.
