Default bank details vs. Other bank details

A company can have several bank accounts, and this, in different banking institutions. The use of several business accounts can be for some companies a guarantee of reinforced clarity. Indeed, each account can be used to identify different operations.
For example, one bank may be chosen to manage the company's own expenses with different accounts: salaries, purchases, etc., and another bank may be chosen to manage customer payments with different accounts: account for private customers, account for business customers.

In Frisbii, everything is managed in the Bank details object. It is accessible from the Corporate Names tab, but also from an Invoice or a Quotation.

Corporate Name
In the Corporate Names you set the Default Bank Details. These apply to all invoices and offers issued with this Corporate Names, if you do not set up Other Bank Details.

Invoice/ Quotation
You can choose bank details in the Other Bank Details field. If you leave this field blank, the Default Bank Details, those defined in the Corporate Names, will apply.
