As the XML contains several invoices, it is not accessible from the **Invoice** record, but only from the **Deposit** record. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/b84e1b5d-2ba6-4465-8c62-fb45a2f31314/Images/Documentation/image-F1NTDRJ2.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T01%3A13%3A28Z&se=2026-10-28T02%3A13%3A28Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=OnHpEu%2F%2BsXqaphVxRnqYo%2B%2BtgWO6hNrv3tBCFsIzo10%3D) **The XML file.** It appears in the *Notes & Attachments* related list of each invoice covered by the report. **The Deposit record.** A **Deposit** record is created with the status *Deposit Ready*, the platform *E-reporting*, and the *Period Start* / *Period End* dates filled in — this is the Deposit that the external transmission process to your accredited platform will retrieve. Three fields let you identify it at a glance: - **Report Family**: indicates whether it is transaction or payment data; - **Transmission Type Code**: `IN` for an initial filing, `RE` for a correction; - **Transmission Id**: the exact identifier sent in the XML file. **The invoices covered.** Each Deposit lists the invoices it covers, viewable from the Deposit. 💡 A Deposit always corresponds to a full period, never to a single invoice — the Deposit's Invoice field therefore remains empty for this type of record; it is the related list of covered invoices that carries this information.
