Preliminary Remarks
The IVW Reporting feature is available as a module in the contracting company on the live system.
The module is activated in the contracting company of the live system and can then be used for all clients.
If the module is activated on the live system, it can also be used for the stage system.
Use of the module is subject to a charge.
Module activation
The following steps describe how to activate the contract module:
Switch to the contracting company on the live system.
Open the menu item "Contract modules".
Selection of the contract module "IVW Reporting".
Click on the "Open" button to open the detailed view.
Click on the "Activate" button in the detailed view.
Click on the "Order for a fee" button in the open message box.
Activation of data acquisition
Once the module has been successfully activated, the IVW export function can be used. However, the function is still deactivated. The system is not yet recording any data at this point and is not yet generating any exports. Further configurations are required:

Note: Relevant sales are only taken into account for the creation of IVW exports from the time data collection is activated. Relevant sales prior to the activation of the function cannot be recorded retrospectively.
Examples:
The activation of the function is decisive for the collection of data, not the activation of the module.
The IVW Reporting module will be acquired on 01.01.2024. The function will be activated on 13.01.2024. Data collection will therefore begin from 14.01.2024.
No IVW data can be issued retrospectively for the period before 14.01.2024.
If the function is deactivated during operation, no more data is recorded.
Procedure:
Open the menu item Settings / Modules / IVW Settings in the contracting company.
Click on "Edit".
The module is activated or deactivated using the slider.
If the slider is highlighted in green, data recording is active.
In the Export interval field, the regularity with which the report is created can be selected.
Click the "Save" button to save the changes.
