Multiuser corporate offers represent a flexible pricing model designed to accommodate organizations with varying user requirements and subscription needs. **Key Concepts and Scope** Multiuser corporate offers are structured to support multiple users within a single corporate account. These offers can be configured with either individual products or bundled product combinations, depending on business requirements and pricing strategy. When implementing bundled offerings, it is important to note that the maximum user count may not vary. **Prerequisites** Before creating a multiuser corporate offer, ensure that [product contracts](/frisbii-media/docs/produktvertrag-mehrbenutzer-unternehmen) have been created. This contract serves as the foundation for the offer and defines essential elements including contract terms, pricing strategy, and any applicable price tier structures. > [!NOTE] > Note > > If the multiuser corporate offer is to include **several products with different pricing conditions**, several product contracts must be created. All product contracts must have the exact same contract terms! ![](https://cdn.document360.io/b84e1b5d-2ba6-4465-8c62-fb45a2f31314/Images/Documentation/image-FUNT93TH.png) --- ## Create a multiuser corporate offer ### Base data - Enter **Internal title**. - Enter the **invitation URL**. One user can be added to a single specific product, while another user can be added to more products, depending on their needs. > > **Several products within a bundle** > > Bundle offers contain several products that are bundled together as a cohesive unit. The **maximum user amount** for all products must be **identical** because the system automatically adds users to all products within the bundle simultaneously. ### Summary An overview of the offer created is displayed here so that it can be edited again, if necessary. For multiuser corporate product contracts, the price scales (basic fee + scale 1/scale 2/scale 3) and the pricing strategy (package/users) are listed again. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/b84e1b5d-2ba6-4465-8c62-fb45a2f31314/Images/Documentation/image-XUSFQHSD.png) --- ##
