# Offer Components - Subscription

### **Subscriptions**

To create subscriptions, you need the following components:

The **product contract** defines the general conditions of the subscription (notice period, term, accounting period and price). The product contract can no longer be changed after the saving process.

The same requirements apply for **access rights**, **tax type** and **wallet** as for the creation of a product.

The **delivery list** is mandatory for issue-based subscriptions so that customers who purchase the offer can be supplied with the corresponding issues.
