# Settings, UX/UI Design and Account Connection

## Preliminary Remarks

Settings relating to the *Frisbii Media* single sign-on process for customers can be made in the Merchant Backend under SSO.

## Settings

Click on **Edit**. The editing mode opens.

- **Token type***: It can be set how the token for confirming the registration/resetting the password is sent to the user.
  - E-MAIL: The token for confirming their email address is sent by email. When resetting the password, the email `Reset password` is sent. When registering, the email `registration completion` is sent.
  - NONE: The email does not require to be confirmed by the customer. The account is created without token confirmation. The password can be reset without token confirmation.

- **Allowed domain (optional)**: Enter a domain to which customers can start the login.
- **Number of parallel logins per customer (optional)**

> **Note**: If the field is left empty, the value 1 is automatically set.

- **Get first name, last name during registration*:** Use the drop-down menu to select from various options.
- Activate/deactivate checkboxes:
  - **Force a user name after login or registration**
  - **Query terms and conditions again:** As soon as the [terms and conditions](/frisbii-media/docs/allgemeine-geschäftsbedingungen) have been changed [in the Merchant Backend](/frisbii-media/docs/allgemeine-geschäftsbedingungen), they are queried again in the login.
  - Request [**Opt-In**](/frisbii-media/docs/opt-ins) **during registration**

## UX/UI Design

With the checkout version C.250430-MAJOR, the layout of the SSO can be customized in the UX/UI Design tab.

## Account Connection

Customers can be imported without an e-mail address.

*Frisbii Media* offers a special form of registration in which the following fields are requested in addition to the e-mail address and password in order to link the customer to an already imported account. For security reasons, additional information such as street address or zip code should also be requested.

**Mandatory** to query:

- **Customer ID** or
- **Subscription number**
- Activate/deactivate checkboxes:
  - **Enable account connect** Enables or disables this feature.
- **Query the following fields:** By activating/deactivating the checkboxes, it can be set which additional information should be requested from the customer.
  - Customer ID
  - Subscription number
  - Zip code
  - Street
  - House number
  - City
