In order to carry out goodwill actions, we added a new endpoint.

### 🐛 Fix

**PLEN-10827**: Orders created from in-app purchases were still shown in Self Service and in the Customer API after the purchase was dissociated, which could look like duplicate orders. These orders are now hidden from customer-facing views as soon as the in-app purchase is no longer associated.
