#### Pagination cursors documented as string or integer

The pagination cursors `startingAfterId` and `endingBeforeId` in search results are now documented as string or integer. Their type matches the ID of the listed items, for example integer for invoices, contract invoices, payment receipts, transactions and refunds, and string for customers. Pass the returned value back unchanged as the `startingAfter` / `endingBefore` query parameter. The API behaviour is unchanged; only the documentation was corrected.
