**Issue-Based Subscriptions - Invoice Creation with Multiple Steps**

For issue-based subscriptions with several steps, the invoices were not created consistently. We reworked this process. Unless the first step is free of charge, the first invoice is created on the day of purchase, the invoice of the next step is created on the publishing date of the first issue of this step.

### 🐛Fix

**PLEN-9147**: If a WBZ customer was deleted, the information from the history remained in the database. As a result, if the WBZ customer was re-created or imported again, a new, second history was created in the database. We fixed that behavior. If a WBZ customer is deleted, the database is also deleted.
