🐛Fix
PLEN-10713: Not all past start dates from the delivery list for issue-based offers were displayed in the Checkout and in the Merchant Checkout. Fixed it on API-side, and is visible in frontend.
PLEN-9574: Order confirmation showed order date for issue-based subscriptions instead of the publishing date of the first issue. The order confirmation now shows the issue that the subscirption starts with.
