# Orders

## Preliminary Remarks

The **Orders** tab lists all orders placed by the customer and their details. A description of the order detail view can be found in this entry >> [**Order Overview**](/frisbii-media/docs/bestellübersicht)

## The Orders tab

The overview in the **Orders** tab shows details of the selected customer's orders in tabular form.

1. The detailed order view is opened via the **Order ID** or the action **Details** .
2. In the column **Commands** , in addition to **Details** , the option is also available to download the order confirmation**.**
3. Click on the arrow to expand information about the offer. For subscriptions, the link can be used to navigate directly to the [**subscription detail view**](/frisbii-media/docs/abonnements).
