# Create Multiuser Family Contract

## Preliminary Remarks

A multiuser family product contract is specifically designed for creating a multiuser family offer.

Within the product contract the following is defined:

- Contract Terms
- Price
- User Amount

## Create Multiuser Family Contract

- Click on **+ Create Multiuser Contract**.
- In the drop-down choose **Create Multiuser Family Contract**.
- Define **Internal Title**.
- Optionally, define an **internal description** and assign it to a **folder structure**.
- Determine **Runtime***.
  - **Until Cancellation**: the term is only terminated when the subscription is canceled.
  - **Fixed Period:** X days/weeks/months/years Term ends after the specified time.
- **Accounting Period*** Determines the period (X days/weeks/months/years) in which billing takes place.
- **Cancellation Period***: Cancellation until X days/weeks/months/years before the end of the subscription interval
- **Subscription Interval*** Determines how often the subscription is renewed.
- Determine the **Price*** by selecting an already created price sheet or by creating a new price sheet using the inline function.
- Determine the **Maximum user count***. Defines how many users can be added to the subscription, including the admin.

> 
> When creating product contracts, please note that the administrator (the person purchasing the offer) automatically has access to the subscription and is included in the maximum number of users.
> 
> Example: Number of additional users (5) + admin access (1) = maximum number of users (6)
- Optionally, add **Reporting**-**Tags**.
