Preliminary Remarks
The basis of every Frisbii Media project is access to our Merchant Backend. This central, web-based user interface offers various configuration options to map company structures. The requirements here vary from customer to customer and must be taken into account in the account system.
The difference between contracting company and client
Access to the Merchant Backend (Frisbii Media Dashboard) is initially granted to the customer by Frisbii Media. If you open the interface as a customer, you are taken to a central view where you can make various settings. A basic distinction is made here between contracting company and client. An account can consist of a contracting company with any number of clients.
The contracting company plays a central role at Frisbii Media and can be symbolically compared to a parent company, for example. In this example, the clients would be the subsidiaries.
Among other things, in the contracting company
the access rights of employees in the clients can be regulated.
user groups can be created and managed.
uniform accounting across the entire group can be ensured.
group-wide customer and invoice numbers can be assigned.
an e-mail verification can be set.
clients can be viewed.
In summary, the central basic settings are made in the contracting company, while the operational business with, for example customers, subscriptions, orders, invoices, etc. is managed in the client.
The contracting company is created by Frisbii Media as an entry point to the Merchant Backend. Clients can be created and managed independently by the customer.
