# Downloads

## Preliminary Remarks

Files such as delivery lists and IVW lists can be downloaded from the download area or shared with third parties via a link.

The files are displayed in chronological descending order in the list and can be filtered by end and start date.

## Download and share files

### Download

- Open the **Downloads** menu item.
- The files appear in the list view (e.g. delivery list).
- Click on **Download** under Commands.

### Publish

- Open the **Downloads** menu item.
- Click on **Details** or the **file name** in the list view under Commands. The detail view opens.
- Click on **Publish**in the action bar. A dialog box opens.
  - **Published by**: Determine end date of publication.
  - Set **password** for access.

- After approval, the **download link** can be sent directly via the action bar.
- The publication can be withdrawn at any time.

- The download link can also be copied and passed on via other channels.
  - Click on the symbol next to **Copy Download Link** in the box at the bottom right of the detailed view.
  - Download link/password is copied to the clipboard.
