# Global Settings

## Preliminary Remarks

The global settings are a sub-item of the settings in the contracting company. Basic details for the clients are defined here.

Specification of the start numbers for the accounting entities

> **Note**: The start numbers of the number ranges for customer numbers and invoice numbers can no longer be changed after saving.

## Additional functions

In this area, further settings for global functions can be activated or deactivated via **checkboxes** .

**User name is mandatory**

If Frisbii Media is used as an SSO system, this function makes it mandatory to enter a username in addition to the e-mail address when registering. This allows customers to use the username to log in as an alternative to their e-mail address.

**Deactivate recording of the change history**

The automatic logging of changes to offers can be deactivated here for all clients.

> **Note**: From the time of deactivation, compliance with the GoBD can no longer be guaranteed. This change may affect audit trails and data retention policies.

**Address options in the Merchant Backend, Self Service and SSO**

Here it can be selected which address options should be available for customers.
