Preliminary Remarks
The menu item In-App Orders displays all in-app orders (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) that could be assigned to an existing customer in the Merchant Backend.
In order for an assignment to take place, there must also be the option to log in to the SSO within the app. If a customer now logs in with the same e-mail address that is stored at the customer in the Merchant Backend, the purchase can be assigned to the customer with the corresponding API call associate .
Assigning in-app orders has the following advantages:
By purchasing within an app, the customer can also access via a web browser without having to purchase a separate offer.
The in-app orders are visible directly on the customer data record in the Merchant Backend.
The terms of access rights from in-app orders can be viewed.

All assigned in-app orders are listed in the list view. Click on the Order ID to open the detail view, where you can view all the information relating to your purchase.
In contrast to the detail view in the menu items App Store and Play Store Purchases, the customer ID in the Merchant Backend is linked here under General information.
The assigned customer can be opened either via the list view or via the detail view by clicking on the customer ID in the Merchant Backend.
