What is the status of the customer's subscription?

Different statuses are used in the customer account to clearly display the status of a subscription. This is represented both visually and by different designations. Below you will find a list of all possible subscription statuses.

  • blocked: The subscription is blocked; in this status, customers cannot access the purchased services. This block can be lifted. 

  • canceled: The subscription has been canceled, either at the end of the subscription period or immediately. If the cancellation takes place at the end of the term, it can be withdrawn up to that point both by the customer and in the Merchant Backend under certain conditions.

  • active: The subscription is active.

  • future This status is used for subscription levels that have not yet started and lie in the future.

  • Expired This status indicates subscription levels that have already expired in the past.
