# Cancellation Options in Self Service

## Cancellation Options

- Activate/deactivate **Allow cancellation at a given date** using the slider: Customers can choose from later than the next possible termination date. The times at the end of the following subscription intervals are offered in order to generate billing-compliant notices of cancellation.
- Use the slider Activate/deactivate **Exceptional cancellation request** : It is possible to link your own content for the cancellation request with a link. The customer thus leaves the Self Service and arrives at the desired page.

- **Link to your own content**: Enter a link that navigates the customer to another landing page to go through a churn prevention process outside of Self Service.
