Preliminary Remarks

Log entries are generated here for every e-mail that a customer triggers through actions. These log entries can be helpful in answering queries about the sending of the e-mail. 


Mail Log Entries

The mail log is divided into two tabs: All and Sending failed. If emails have been sent successfully, the column contains a green yes. If e-mails have not been sent for technical reasons, they are marked with a red  no . These are listed again separately in the tab Send failed . Further information about the email, such as the dispatch route and blind copy to the reply address, can be expanded.

Suppression list

Customers might be on a suppression list and emails are not successfully sent to the customers. In the Mail Log Entries, customers can be removed from the suppression list.

Note

We cannot check or confirm whether a specific email address is currently on the suppression list. However, "Remove from Suppression List" button can always be clicked to request removal. If the address is on the list, this will allow future emails to be delivered again. If it is not on the list, clicking the button will simply have no effect.
