**InApp Offers - Set runtime and end date**

It is now possible to set a `fixedEndDate` and `validityTimespan` and `validityTime` for InApp offers to be able to sell, for example, event passes and live events.

### 🐛Fix

**PLEN-10500**: Fixed some issues with cancellation of issue-based subscriptions.
