Offer changes (up/down selling) via Merchant Backend
From now on, you can not only automate offer changes for your customers via checkout, but also carry them out manually for individual customers in the Merchant Backend.
Use this feature for example for:
Goodwill cases (switch to a cheaper offer)
Correction of purchase errors
Individual customer approach in telephone campaigns

🔜 We will soon be expanding this feature with a module that allows you to migrate multiple customers to a new offer at the same time. This feature can be used, for example, for migrations, price adjustments, or misconfigurations.

Delivery Log now available for time-based subscriptions with analog delivery list
The delivery log in the subscription detail view is now shown for all subscription types an analog delivery list is associated with. This includes time-based subscriptions and multiuser subscriptions.
Merchant Checkout - Sales ID
In the Merchant Checkout, in the checklist, the sales ID is now mentioned to remind agents to provide the sales ID before submitting the purchase, if sales IDs are maintained in the Merchant Backend.
🐛Bug-Fixes
PLEN-9626: The country of the delivery address associated with an active subscription could be incorrectly changed. Changing the country is not possible anymore.
PLEN–10941: When a multiuser subscription that was a source offer in a cross-selling rule was canceled, the access rights for added users were not terminated. All access rights are terminated together with the source subscription now.
PLEN-9818: Wrong cancellation dates were displayed in the Merchant Backend. This has been fixed.

PLEN-10942: Multiuser administration snippet failed with 500 Internal Server Error. The snippet is loaded correctly now.
PLEN-10924: Cancel subscription button was missing and cancellation dates were not displayed correctly. Cancellation is now possible again without any issues.
PLEN-10885: In a multiuser subscription, the users were not counted correctly. The total number of active users is now shown correctly.
