# Create multiuser offer

## Preliminary Remark

Multiuser offers allow buyers (main users) to invite other users to share the use. It is possible to

- determine the number of additional users for the offer.
- create offers in B2C context with just a few additional users (for example 1-10).
- create offers with several dozen additional users, for example in B2B context.

Possible offers for multiuser use:

- Single products
- Time-based subscriptions

## Create offer

In the main menu **Offers** and **+Create Offer** there is the tab **Multiuser**.

### When creating the offer

- fill in the [**standard fields**](/frisbii-media/docs/standardfelder-in-der-angebotsanlage) .
- determine the **User Count for a Multi User Offer***. This is the number of additional users. If a total of 5 accesses are required, 4 must be entered here (5 accesses in total - 1 main user = 4 accesses). The number can no longer be reduced after saving.
- Optionally, add an **Invitation url** which will lead to a landing page outside Frisbii Media. This URL is used for invitation e-mails resulting from this offer.

> [!TIP]
> **Note**: It is recommended to use invitation URLs to ensure that the invitation for multiuser access via e-mail works smoothly. The URL is displayed as a link in the **e-mail invitation** so that the invitee can redeem their invitation code as easily as possible. To do this, the [functionality for entering and checking](https://plenigo.github.io/sdks/javascript-v3#multi-user-products) the invitation code must be implemented on the **landing page**.

## Edit existing offer

- The number of possible additional users in an offer can be subsequently increased, but not reduced.
- A change will only affect the **future**.
- Products that have already been purchased **cannot** be subsequently modified.

## Management of multiuser offers

Multiuser offers can be managed by the customer in Self Service or by customer support in the Merchant Backend.
