The Merchant Backend is basically divided into 3 areas. 1. The navigation bar 2. The global search bar and the support button 3. In the **navigation bar** on the left-hand side of the interface, the Merchant Backend user can [**Manage their profile**](/frisbii-media/docs/menüpunkte-in-einem-mandanten-benutzerverwaltung), it is possible to **switch** between **clients** if several are available and all **menu items** can be called up from here. 2. Using the **global** **search bar** , IDs such as offer IDs and transaction IDs as well as customer numbers can be searched across all menu items to find what you need more quickly. Click on **Support** to open a dialog box: - Frisbii Media customer support access can be activated. By enabling it, the support team gains access to the data and can use it to provide the necessary support. - A support ticket can be created directly from the Merchant Backend. - Our Knowledge Base is linked, where comprehensive explanations of all our functions are provided. 3. The **information area** is the core of the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend. All data can be created, managed and viewed here in the corresponding menu item.
