# Set up opensubs reports

## Preliminary Remarks

The opensubsBI reports provide comprehensive data, analyses and consistent KPIs for strategic decisions - from paid content to print, embedded in the familiar Frisbii Media user interface.

In order to be able to use the module, it must first be purchased for a fee in the contracting company under the menu item **Contract modules** and a contract must have been concluded with bardohn.

## Settings

In order to be able to use the opensubs Reports module productively, a link must first be created. The settings for this are made in the contracting company in the menu item **Settings > Modules > Advanced Analytics**.

First enter the **Customer Tenant ID** .

The "key-value pairs" are required to be able to display the corresponding reports in the client in the **Reports** menu item.

- **Key**: Enter the desired **report name** .
- **Value**: Enter the corresponding **Power BI ID of the report**.

Both the customer tenant ID and the values are provided by bardohn.

## Display in the client

As soon as the connection is established, the report names are displayed accordingly in the **Reports** menu item.

Click on one of the menu items to open the opensubsBI iFrame. The login screen of opensubsBI opens within the iFrame and the login data must be entered.

After successful login, the analysis data is displayed.
