# Frisbii Media Age Verification

## Preliminary Remarks

With the identity and age verification contract module, previously created [age-related rules](/help/de-de/161-vertriebsregeln/349-altersbedingte-regeln) can be used to offer discounted offers for a specific age group in the checkout.

In order to be able to use the contract module, it must first be activated in the [contracting company](/frisbii-media/docs/vertragsmodule) **for a fee** .

You can use the age verification of Frisbii Media (Standard) or Stripe (Stripe Identity) To set up Stripe Identity, read [this entry](/frisbii-media/docs/stripe-identity).

> **Data protection**: End customer data is not stored under any circumstances. The data is only used at the moment of verification and is deleted immediately afterwards.

## Set up Frisbii Media Age Verification

- Open **Settings**.
- Open **Applications**.
- Click on **Identity Settings** .
- Click on **Edit**.
- Use the drop-down menu to select **Frisbii Media** **Age Verification**.
- Frisbii Media age verification is now active and can be used.

## Frisbii Media age verification at checkout

If Frisbii Media age verification is activated, **no** additional setup is required. In order to use Frisbii Media age verification, an [age-related rule](/frisbii-media/docs/altersbedingte-regeln) must first be created and assigned to an offer.

### Checkout process

- The customer wants to buy the offer for U25 and clicks on the offer. The checkout opens.
- The customer can either identify himself with his ID card or passport.
- If he is actually under 25, he receives the discounted offer. If he is older than 25, he will be offered the alternative.
