What does it mean that no recurring invoices are sent?

The settings that no recurring invoices are to be sent to customers mean that customers receive the first invoice after completing a purchase - in the case of a subscription, however, the invoices for the following accounting periods would no longer be sent by email or post. However, they can be viewed and downloaded at any time in the Merchant Backend in the customer account and in Self Service.
