Externally-Managed Multiuser Offers
Multiuser offers cannot be managed externally. In the offer creation, we have removed the option “managed by”.

PLEN-10647: We fixed the issue that customer were not able to withdraw their cancellation as the Withdraw Cancellation button was not displayed even though according to the subscription’s cancellation period, they were still allowed to withdraw their cancellation.
