Improved OSS handling
In order to comply with the OSS, it is now possible to define delivery thresholds for digital product deliveries in addition to physical product deliveries. If you need to add countries that will exceed the delivery threshold within the EU, you can make the settings in the Merchant Backend via Settings → Financial → Tax Rates and Delivery Thresholds.

New user rights added
You can define user rights more granually now for managing subscriptions and creating offers.
New rights:
Create Multiuser Offers
Create Crossclient Offers
Pause Subscription
Modify Delivery Break
Check your user groups
Review your existing and active user groups to see if any changes need to be made.
In the contracting company: Settings → User Administration → Groups and Rights
