#### OpenID Connect: Allow users to change their password

Whether a Merchant Backend user can change their password is determined by the "Force OpenID Connect login" setting:

- If the setting is off, the password change option is also offered to users linked to your identity provider.
- If the setting is on, only administrators can change their password.
- If a password change is refused, the dialog now stays open and explains that single sign-on is enabled for the account, instead of showing a general error message.

### 🐛 Bug-Fixes

**PLEN-11519**: When linking an account via SSO using a customer or subscription number and a postal code, no message appeared if the details could not be matched to a subscription. A clear message now asks the customer to check the details entered and try again.
