Help texts explain the difference: accounting periods and cancellation deadlines are calculated from the reference start date, while the start date only shows how long the customer relationship has existed. > [!NOTE] > Find more information on the difference between start date and reference start date here: [Subscriptions](/frisbii-media/docs/abonnements#start-date-and-reference-start-date) ### 🔧 Improved #### Current password required to change your password To change your password in the Merchant Backend, you now need to enter your current password first. If it’s incorrect, an error is shown directly at the field. After a successful change, you are logged out and need to log in again with your new password. If you don’t know your current password, for example because you usually log in via your identity provider, use the password reset function instead. ### 🐛 Bug-Fixes **PLEN-12057**: For issue-based subscriptions whose cancellation was withdrawn and later submitted again, the number of issues to be delivered could be calculated incorrectly. Now only the effective cancellation is taken into account, so customers receive all issues due until the end date. --- ## S.261021-MINOR ### 🔧 Improved #### Confirm email address changes in Self Service To better protect customer accounts, your customers now need to confirm a change of their email address in Self Service. They can choose between: - entering their current password, or - requesting a code that is sent to their current email address (or by SMS, if configured). Customers who registered via Google can use the code option. If you don’t use Frisbii Media SSO, only the code option is offered. The second step, confirming the change with the code sent to the new email address, stays the same. > [!NOTE] > Find more information here: [Self Service Snippets](/frisbii-media/docs/self-service-snippets#change-email-address) #### Faster subscription overview for multiuser subscriptions The subscription overview in the Self Service and its pagination now load faster for customers with several multiuser subscriptions. Prices and steps are displayed exactly as before. #### Faster payment methods page The payment methods page in the Self Service and the subscription selection when adding a new payment method now load faster, especially for customers with several subscriptions of the same offer. What customers see and can select is unchanged. --- ## SSO.261021-MINOR ### 🔧 Improved #### Only the latest password reset code is valid If your customer requests more than one verification code in the “Password forgotten” flow, each new code invalidates the previous one. Only the code from the most recent email is valid. If your customer enters a code from an earlier email, an error message is shown because the code has expired. > [!NOTE] > Find more information about the “password forgotten” flow here: [How your customers reset a forgotten password](/frisbii-media/docs/password-forgotten-flow)
