### 🐛Bug-Fixes

**PLEN-9494**: After the customer replaced an expired “PayPal Billing Agreement” with a new “Billing Agreement”, payments still failed. When the PayPal payment method becomes inactive and the user clicks the “Change” button, we create a new payment method in the background, transfer all subscriptions to the new one and delete the old one.
