### 🐛Bug-Fixes

**PLEN-9780**: In offers without a product contract, it was possible to subsequently change the access rights for bundles. This could lead to errors. Changing an access right to an offer is not permitted. This error has been fixed.

**PLEN-9783**: Offers with 3 steps and a bundle containing 4 or more products became uncopyable after certain edits (e.g., adding IVW rules or metadata). When attempting to copy such offers, the offer creation view displayed steps in incorrect order and an error message appeared. The error has now been fixed and copying of complex offers works properly again.
