Preliminary Remarks
In order to link PayPal with the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend, a PayPal Business account must be created.
PayPal provides extensive resources for activating an account.
Create PayPal Business Account
Go to the following link: https://www.paypal.com/de/home
Click on Sign Up.
Select Business.
Fill in the registration form.
Go through the account activation wizard.
This step can also be skipped and carried out at a later time.Open the registration e-mail in your e-mail inbox.
Click on the link to verify your e-mail address.
The business account has been successfully created.
Note: The slider can be used to switch between sandbox and live data.
Create Rest API
For the stage system in the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend, the API must be created in sandbox mode. For the live system in the Frisbii Media Merchant Backend, the API must be created in live mode.
Call up the following URL: https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/
Click on Apps & Credentials tab.
Click on Create App.
Assign App Name.
Click on Create App to save the app.
The API credentials for API calls and transactions can now be called up in the details.
