# Setup: Checklist

**Checklist for the setup of Google services**

This checklist provides an overview and orientation during configuration. All steps are described in more detail in the linked articles on the setup .

- Create Google Cloud project for app(s)
- Create theme and subscription within the project
- Create service account within the project
- Assign the Pub/Sub Publisher roles to the service account
- Create and download a public JSON key for the service account used
- Activate Google Play API

- Link pub/sub theme with app
